The Government plans to bring in a new bill called the Enterprise Bill which will be designed to create jobs and make the UK an attractive place to start-up a business. A mechanism to resolve disputes between small and large businesses, especially over late payment practices, will be included as well as a scheme which allows a business to get advice on regulation from a single local council.
